The History of Our Sugar Bush & Sugaring in Vermont

We tap approximately 2000 trees each spring to produce our beautiful, Award winning, organic syrups. While we produce a little of each grade, we prefer our Grade "A" Amber Color / Rich Flavor (the old Vermont medium amber syrup) and Grade "A" Dark Color / Rich Flavor (the old Vermont dark amber syrup). The bulk of our normal crop is Golden Color / Delicate flavor, Amber Color / Rich Flavor, and Dark Color / Robust Flavor. Our syrups have an exceptional taste. Maple syrup and maple products make an excellent gift. We have bottled up syrup in the 100 ml glass leafs several times for wedding gifts. If you have any questions feel free to email or call us.
We do not use any artificial ingredients, nor do we repack other producers syrup. We therefore have complete control over the final product, and are very proud of it. Once you've tasted our pure Vermont maple syrup we think you'll agree that ours is among the very best. In 2002 and 2003 we won ribbons for our Grade A Dark Amber syrup. In 2004 we won for Grade A Medium Amber. In 2016 we won for Grade A Dark Color / Robust Flavor. These syrups were judged "Best Of Class" at the Northeast Kingdom's Caledonia County Fair.

Vermont Gold

Our Pure Vermont Organic Maple Syrup has an exceptional taste. Our fancy grade often has just a hint of a chocolate flavor to it. We do not use any artificial ingredients, nor do we repack other producers syrup. We therefore have complete control over the final product, and are very proud of it. Once you've tasted it we think you'll agree, our syrups may be some of the best.
